Class 5 - Different types of PHP opening and closing tags(Videos)

Class 5 - PHP different types of opening and closing tags

There are several variations of php opening and closing tags. A few of them are not supported in newer versions of PHP. However, the objective of this class is to explore five different variations for the purpose of certification. You might not have seen a few of them. ;)

De Facto variation/Most used

PHP echo tags

PHP short tags. These must be enabled in PHP before you use them.

A rare one! This is called the script tag. This is still supported in a few versions(5.x)

Lastly, a very rare and ambiguous one! Many of us are not even sure why this was even introduced.

Finally, you can refer the official documentation to find more info about these tags here.
